Lab Director: Dr. Haley Vlach
Dr. Haley Vlach is an Associate Professor in the Department of Educational Psychology at the University of Wisconsin, Madison. Dr. Vlach received her Ph.D. in 2012 from the University of California, Los Angeles. Her research interests are centered on young children’s learning, including the study of children’s memory, word learning, categorization, generalization/transfer of learning, and conceptual development. Her program of research aims to connect traditional laboratory research on cognitive development with more applied settings, such as experimental investigations of effective interventions and educational curriculum.
